May 17th, 2011The Symphony on the Square featuring Thacker Mountain Radio beginning at 6:00 followed by The Mississippi Symphony Orchestra at 7:30 will be held on the Historic Canton Courthouse Green. Bring your lawn chairs and picnic baskets – free admission!
Grace Episcopal Church in Canton, MS
February 25th, 2011There is a little known Episcopal church in Historic Canton, MS. The church was built in 1853 and is a wonderful place to worship. When people search for churches in Madison MS or Madison County Mississippi, our little church usually gets overlooked. Our congregation is small and growing. The coolest apartment on the square has been rented!
October 9th, 2010The next year has been taken by a young couple with a kitty cat. I hope they’ll contribute here to help keep this blog up to date with the happenings. They are moving in at a great time of year. The christmas decorations will begin going up in the next couple of weeks. The victorian christmas festival begins on the weekend after Thanksgiving.
